Panthers Lose to Hanover in 3 sets.

Whitman-Hanson played Hanover tonight and lost in three sets. The game scores were 14-25, 16-25 and 23-25. Whitman-Hanson played very sloppy volleyball throughout the match compiling 59 errors in the three sets. The team played hard, but had a hard time overcoming their mistakes. Service errors were particularly challenging because they prevented us from going on any significant runs of points. Whitman-Hanson played well in the third set when they got energized by their teammates and fans. If they could play the way they played in the third set all the time we would find a lot more success. Playing well tonight for Whitman-Hanson were Rachel Spillane with 5 kills and one ace. And Erin Clifford with 5 kills and 9 digs.
