Tough Loss to Duxbury tonight

Whitman-Hanson was hosted by the Duxbury Dragons tonight and struggled in all facets of the game and lost 3-0. Game scores were 10-25, 12-25 and 11-25. The Dragons got off to a fast start in large part due to their strong passing that allowed their offense to click on all cylinders. The Panthers tried their best to get something going throughout the match but the Duxbury defense and offense was on target all night and once they got rolling the Panthers couldn't keep pace. The Panthers also struggled with the Duxbury serve which kept them from getting anything going on offense that would put Duxbury back on their heels. In the end Duxbury was able to seal the victory and move the Panthers to 7-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Pembroke on Friday.
