Panthers Lose, 3-0 against Hingham

Whitman-Hanson came up against a hard hitting Hingham team and despite some good play early in the first two sets the Panthers couldn't put together enough points to pull out a win in either set. The game scores were 15-25, 20-25 and 11-25. In the third set Whitman-Hanson allowed their mistakes to pile up on them and they couldn't make the plays to stop Hingham from going on sustained runs of points. The Panther offense was again quiet tonight managing only 8 kills while making 12 unforced hitting errors. Playing very well tonight was Alyssa Andrews who successfully received 32 receives while making only 4 errors. She also had 19 digs and only 6 errors. Whitman travels to Hanover on Monday to face the 5-10 Hanover Indians. Whitman-Hanson is 4-13 on the season.
